Dr. Walker is a technology consultant and expert witness. He graduated from MIT and received his Masters and PhD degrees from Stanford University, all in electrical engineering. He has more than 45 years of high-level experience in the areas integrated circuit simulation and design, computer software and firmware, and internet applications. He focuses his consulting practice on patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. He has been engaged in more than 100 matters, testified in more than 20 trials, been deposed more than 60 times, and provided more than 10 declarations in support of Inter Partes reviews (IPRs).
