Testifying Experience

Dr. Walker has testified in Federal District Court as well as at the ITC on the infringement and validity of patents relating to complex software and hardware systems and ICs. Dr. Walker has also testified in a jury trials and arbitrations in matters relating to technology software issues. He has significant experience in in crafting expert reports and defending his opinions in deposition testimony. He has also provided expert opinions in CBM and IPR proceedings. Dr. Walker regularly works with attorneys to help articulate and manage the many technology issues that arise in complex litigation.
